The THINK.RUN campaign driving study under the principles of Social Marketing for Health Promotion. The campaign (pilot project) aimed to: increase competence, opportunity and motivation to practice running.

# The challenge

Lack of time and motivation are the main obstacles presented by the Portuguese for not running. We want to show that the practice of running, as a physical activity, can be easy, accessible and change people's lives, allowing them to increase their quality of life.

- Challenge: Run 15 minutes during your day.




You don't need a certain age to run, and if you think you need more time, more money, special equipment or to be in shape, then this campaign is for you!

In a positive and inspiring tone, the THINK.RUN pilot campaign was developed to show that being physically active is simple, affordable, time efficient, and adds quality of life.

Running is not a business idea, it is health, well-being, quality of life.

However, what was initially an awareness campaign developed as a project of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the NOVA University of Lisbon (FCSH-UNL), promoted by the Scientific Society Sport Pedagogy (SCPD), boosted a study aimed at improving the quality of life of the population.
